Our aim is always to first engage in direct and objective dialogue when addressing criticism. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment or any procedure in our practice, please feel free to speak to us personally. Many questions and misunderstandings are best resolved in a confidential conversation.

Please understand that due to medical confidentiality and data protection regulations, we are generally not permitted to comment publicly on individual treatment processes, medical findings, or personal consultations. This applies in particular to internet reviews on publicly accessible platforms.
However, this reticence does not mean that we accept untrue or demonstrably inaccurate statements. If facts are misrepresented publicly, especially if this could harm our staff, the reputation of the Fleetinsel Clinic, or the trusting relationship we have with our patients, we reserve the right to have false internet reviews reviewed legally and, if necessary, to take legal action.
