In doing so, we largely spare you from having to undergo surgical interventions.  <\/h2>\n<p>There are many potential reasons why your desire to have a child may not have come to fruition, which may be equally attributable to the man or the woman, or both. This is why routine physical exams and ultrasound tests are carried out on both partners as part of basic diagnostics before fertility treatment. In addition, the woman\u2019s cycle is monitored and the man\u2019s sperm is analysed.<br \/>Your doctor will discuss with you which additional tests are useful for both of you.
