We get to know you and create a plan for your fertility treatment.<\/h2>\n<p>The initial consultation at Fleetinsel Fertility Clinic in Hamburg allows you to obtain information without obligation and to get to know your doctor. In order to find out why your desire to have a child has not come to fruition, the reproductive medicine specialist will obtain an overview of your lifestyle, your medical history and any previous attempts at artificial insemination. They will also answer your questions and explain which tests are useful for diagnosing possible causes and what some potential fertility treatments could look like.<\/p>\n<p>If you are attending our fertility clinic for the first time, please send us the information below and the medical questionnaires completed by both partners about 2 weeks before your appointment via<\/p>\n<p>info@kinderwunschfleetinsel.de You can download and print the forms from our website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sansserif\"><b>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU VIA E-MAIL ABOUT BEFORE THE INITIAL &nbsp;CONSULTATION:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderwunschzentrum-hamburg.de\/services\/medizinische-frageboegen-und-downloads\/\">\u2022 completed medical questionnaires from the fertility clinic for both partners<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Any findings that have already been collected in connection with your desire to have children, such as blood tests, semen tests (spermiograms) or operation reports<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Insured data for both partners: name of the insurance company and the insurance number.
