The initial consultation at Fleetinsel Fertility Clinic in Hamburg allows you to obtain information without obligation and to get to know your doctor. In order to find out why your desire to have a child has not come to fruition, the reproductive medicine specialist will obtain an overview of your lifestyle, your medical history and any previous attempts at artificial insemination. They will also answer your questions and explain which tests are useful for diagnosing possible causes and what some potential fertility treatments could look like. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU VIA E-MAIL ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE INITIAL CONSULTATION:
• completed medical questionnaires from the fertility clinic for both partners
• Any findings already obtained in connection with your fertility, such as blood tests, semen analyses (spermiograms) or operation reports.
• Health insurance/insurance details: Company name of insurance/health insurance provider and policy number. In the case of private insurance, state whether a subsidy is also applicable.
